Bank Holiday Monday Lion's Duck Race and charity day at Lower Castle Park. Two displays took place during the day and we had some fantastic support from students helping to man the stalls etc.

Fourteen students took part in the tournament in Chelmsford, many for whom this was the first time on the tournament scene. Amongst themselves they collected 16 trophies and medals. A hand full of students helped pack customers shopping at Tesco, the Hythe to help raise some funds for their trip to South Africa to take part in the world championships.

Cultural and educational tour by 22 squad members and their families and attendance at the FSKA World Championships in Sun City.

Halloween karate classes and Halloween at Colchester Zoo. 113 Members attended this year.

Our Extreme Day as part of the school holidays and introduction to the XMA program starting in January 2010. Students took part in a 6 hour day of tough excercise, choreography and forms to music, before relaxing for a 2 hour skateboarding session at Park DX.
