Our Extreme Day as part of the school holidays and introduction to the XMA program starting in January 2010. Students took part in a 6 hour day of tough excercise, choreography and forms to music, before relaxing for a 2 hour skateboarding session at Park DX.

United Kingdom Traditional Karate Federation Junior Nationals held at the Thornton Cleveleys Sport Centre in Blackpool on 18th March 06. Club members competing are brothers Andrew and Daniel Morris.

Colchester Karate Academy Halloween party at Colchester Zoo. Out of th 49 attendee's only a fraction were children - just shows how much the adults like to have fun too! For those who pulled up their noses at the idea of going to the zoo and dressing up - you have missed out on a whole lot of ghoulish, eery fun. Check out our wizards, witches, vampires, skeletons and other scary people.
